1. Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019)

Plot:

Based on the surgical strike that occurred in 2016, Uri has won all of our hearts. The movie begins with Major Vihaan Singh Shergill infiltrating the Northeastern militants with his unit and his brother-in-law in 2015. and a year later, the militants attacked a base and killed 19 soldiers. Major Vihaan’s brother-in-law also died during that ambush. Later, Major Vihaan leads a covert operation against them.

2. Border (1997)

Cast: Sunny Deol, Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Khanna, Tabu, Pooja Bhatt, and others.

Plot:

Directed by J. P. Dutta, Border will always be a masterpiece. Based on a true story, the movie displays the brotherhood, empathy, and love for the country. The film has some great actors who have given their hundred percent. Border portrays a band of 120 Indian soldiers in the Longewala region. However, when the enemy ambushed, they had to defend their post all night until the morning.

3. Shershah (2021)

6. Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran (2018)

Parmanu is an action film that portrays the journey of nuclear weapon tests in India in 1995. However, the United States warned India to quit the tests. So, the Indian government sent IAS officer Ashwat to lead the operation. Now he had to use any methods to avoid the American Intelligence Agency.

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, Airlift is a true story of Mathunny Mathews. The movie is based on the evacuation of Indian citizens in Kuwait in 1990. 8. Lagan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001)
