Made of Resham thread, Baluchari was an attire for the upper class. The saree is popular in Bangladesh and some parts of India. 

The meaning of Baluchari is Sand (Balu) on the river bank (Char). The sari is also made of golden and silver thread. The fringe of Baluchari often has the story of Ramayana, Mahabharata as well as other mythological series. These sarees can cause up to hundreds of thousand rupees.

2. Banarasi Saree, Uttar Pradesh

One of the most beautiful sarees among all other sarees is the Banarasi sari. As the name suggests, the origin of the saree is from Banaras. The sari is well-known for gold and silver zari work.
