Dr. Chandan Kumar Yadav, a renowned gastroenterologist in Ranchi, earned his MBBS degree (gold medalist in medicine) in 2006. He did MD medicine at the largest hospital in India under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, VMMC, and Shahdarjung Hospital, N. Delhi (2013), and was awarded a gold medal. Then a Doctorate of Medicine in Gastroenterology (DM) from a premier institute in India, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He authored a total of 40 research papers in international and national journals and book chapters. He imparted medical teaching as an assistant professor in Delhi. I am now working as the consultant head of gastroenterology at Paras Hospital in Ranchi.
